@SIPP enters into a 10 year lease in The Mercantile Building


@SIPP, the specialist provider of self-invested pension products, has entered into a 10 years lease on the 6th Floor East of The Mercantile Building. The Floor of 4,950 sq ft had been refitted, following acquisition of the building by TIAA Henderson Real Estate, to a high standard, following the upgrade of all the common areas. @SIPP will pay a rent of £13.50 psf.

James Birkett of Mendip Capital comments: "We welcome @SIPP to the building, our first occupier in the financial services sector. This letting follows a 12 month period of investment in the property and, along with other transactions, has rewarded us by adding over 30% to the income stream."
