Hot on the heels of announcing five lettings at the Mercantile Building in Glasgow earlier this month, the UK’s largest independent occupational health supplier, Working on Wellbeing Ltd (Work Well), has now taken three suites.
A two year lease was agreed for the 1,957 sq ft second floor suites; where refurbishment works have just been completed.
Work Well was formed on 1st October 2013 after its management completed a buyout from Serco Occupational Health. Serco divested the business in order to focus on its core market of large government outsourcing, whilst Work Well could focus on continuing to strengthen its position as a leader in the field of Occupational Health.
Around 25 members of staff will relocate from Work Well’s previous office space at Speirs Wharf in November.
Dr Freddie Westbrook, Medical Director at Work Well, commented: “Our relocation to the Mercantile Building sees us in a more central, prestigious city centre location and improves ease of access for our clients. The refreshing change in setting coincides well with our new company identity and offers a renewed energy to our business.”
James Birkett of Mendip Capital said: “Our agent, Ryden has secured yet another prestigious letting, taking occupation on the second floor to over 60%, by delivering newly refurbished, small office suites on all-inclusive cost terms.”
