On behalf of McKay Securities, planning permission was secured last night on the first Phase of Pinehurst Park's, The Convent. The 17,000 sq ft building was converted into offices in the 1980's. Planning consent was granted for the a conversion of the building to provide 13 one, two and three bedroom apartments. In addition the consent allowed the separation of the building from the 1980s office property behind. IBM remain in occupation of this part.
